01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 33ok ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all use of the 33ok website, mobile application, and any related services.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active account on 33ok. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. 33ok recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication. You must not share your login details with any other person. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 33ok support immediately.

• Account usernames cannot be changed after registration.
• You may update your contact details by contacting support with valid verification.
• 33ok reserves the right to request identity documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee of ৳100, deducted from the remaining balance.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

33ok supports bKash, Nagad, and Rocket as the primary payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. These are the recommended and fastest options for players in Bangladesh. Additional payment methods may be available and will be listed on the deposit page within your account.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.

06 Betting Rules

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the 33ok system. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet reference number.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• 33ok reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief delay before confirmation. During this delay, odds may change. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• If an event is postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport. In most cases, postponed events are voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply and vary by sport, market, and event. These limits are displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• 33ok reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for any individual player at its discretion.

07 Casino Games

All casino games available on 33ok — including slots, live dealer games, virtual table games, and crash games — are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment monitored by independent oversight.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

33ok reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.
• Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason — including at your own request — your remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks.
